Which UFC fighters do you want to see?

I wouldn't be surprised if they also have one of their up and coming heavy weights like Shane Corwin...possibly against Mir.

All of the names above are a no-brainer, Roman. In addition though, I'd like to watch Dan Henderson, Brock Lesnar, Quinton Jackson (despite the recent arrest in the news), Michael Bisping, Wanderlei Silva, Thiago Silva, Rashad Evans, Lyoto Machida, Thiago Alves, Marcus Davis, Matt Serra, Matt Hughes, Jon Fitch, Tyson Griffin, Roger Huerta, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Yushin Okami, Ramieau Sokoudjou, Sean Sherk and Randy Couture (if he is ever re-signed by the UFC). Since the UFC also owns the WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting), I'd also pay to watch Urijah Faber, Miguel Torres and Paulo Filho at the United Center also. I'm just hoping for a card full of big names, not 3rd tier fighters. I know the UFC already has an International card in October that includes some of the names I mentioned on the list, but hopefully the other names can make it. I'll be one of the first in line to grab tickets!!

Roman, I think a great matchup would be BJ Penn vs. Kenny Florian (assuming he beats Roger Huerta on Aug 9th). I think Florian's ability to finish fights with various methods makes him the most exiting matchup for Penn.

I like how edgar needs to write down how much he knows about the ufc in his blog comment. What are you overcompensating for edgar? Anyway.. It won't be Frank Mir he is gonna be coach on ultamite fighter season starting in Sept. 2008 Forrest vs Silva if he wins Sat. or Griffen vs GSP

We would love to see George St. Pierre or Forest Griffin! CHuck Liddell would be my #1 choice but thats not a possibility =( anyone holding a title belt would be great to see

Uh, just naming some of the fighters that I'd pay to see, Ryan. Not showing off. You know how many fighters are under contract for UFC? I barely named 15% of the entire UFC roster! And so what if I'm a UFC and boxing junkie? Geezuz, does the average sports fan have to criticize even the tiniest of details??

As for Silva vs. Griffin, what exactly is the bet for? That the main event for UFC 90 at the U.C. will be F. Griffin vs. A. Silva? If that's your call, then I'll take that bet! Silva is scheduled to fight tomorrow so I don't even expect him to show up at the United Center event and I don't see Silva fighting F. Griffin at all this year. Maybe sometime next year, but not this year.

The only main event that makes sense at this point is Anderson Silva vs Yushin Okami. Hughes Serra would have been likely but Hughes will not be healthy in time. I would think a return to the octagon of Mark Coleman vs maybe Gabe Gonzaga is another possible match. Sherk vs Maynard. Joe Stevenson vs Tyson Griffin. Nate Marquardt va Martin Kampman. These are not my dream matches, rather matches that make the most sense on the ufc calender. Maybe they move the postponed Diego Sanchez /Tiago Alves match to Chicago. Can't wait!!!

1 more possible headliner - Forrest Griffin vs W. Silva!!!! Not sure if they would agree to fight as Wandy helped train Forrest for the Rampage fight but time wise could makes sense and would be a great fight

I am hoping for Matt HUGHES! A fight for Matt at home would be SWEET! And him against Serra! Even Better! Serra is an annoying! Forrest? Would love to see him but really, He is not going to be ready for a fight by then. Franklin? Another top choice for me! but again... Really? UFC In CHICAGO? I'll pay to see anyone!

The fighters I would most want to see would be Liddell, Wanderlei Silva, Chris Leben, Anderson Silva, locals Stephan Bonnar, Clay Guiga, and Rich Franklin.

I would like to see B.J Penn vs.George St.Pierre and also Wanderlei Silva vs. Quintin "Rampage" Jackson. The best would be Forrest Griffen vs. Rich Franklin! Or Andrei Arlovski vs. Griffen or Franklin.

Is the UFC fake or real? It's hard to tell. I am assuming with the growing popularity...it will be staged too....if not already.

I want to see wanderlei silva vs. forrest griffin. With Silva's hard strikes and forrest griffin's ability to take shots without faltering it would make an exciting light heavyweight match.

Id like to see Machido v.s. Vandrlei and see how he styles match up. Hughes finish off Serra. The winner of Huerta and Kenflo v.s. BJ although Im sure they would need a biggerr= rest period. A rematch with Forresst and Rampage. Thjen the Ace against Henderson. Thats a lot but you would win a lot of fans over that haven't seen the shows as of yet.

Chuck just beat Wanderlei so he should get the shot at the title first. And Franklin is too small for Forrest. Besides Forrest just coming off a big fight and probably not ready by then, who wouldn't want to see a rematch with Rampage? Id like to see Hughes not out Serra before he hangs it up. I think a great fight for Wanderlie would be Machida with the winner fighting the Chuck Evans winner and then getting a crack at the rematch I asked for earlier, but who am I? Put the new TUF winner in there cause hes got heart and he needs a test like Diego Sanchez. I know Amer can drop to 170. That seems like where he belongs. Then for a bonus give us Franklin vs Henderson. That would be lights out!!!!!!

I'd like to see BJ Penn and Forrest Griffin defend their belts. BJ was awesome in his fight against Sean Sherk and Forrest dominated Rampage Jackson to take the light-heavyweight belt. I'd also like to see Diego Sanchez and Josh Koschek go at it again because to me they're even 1-1. Diego owned him in their first fight on season 1 of the Ultimate Fighter (which didn't count on his record) and Kos out classed him in the "unofficial" rematch so that would be an awesome fight. If there's one more fighter I would like to see then that would be "The Crippler" Cris Lebin because he's just awesome! I really don't care who he fights as long as he's on the card.

I would like to see Uriah Faber v. George St. Pierre.

I like the suggestions of Hughes vs. Serra and Henderson vs. Franklin. How about giving Stephan Bonner a shot at a top guy like Shogun Rua, Wanderlai Silva, or Rampage? I'd also like to see Mike Swick vs. Josh Koscheck or Diego Sanchez.

I'd love to see Clay Guida fight, but he's fighting Sept 17th so highly doubtfull. Honestly I'll go see anyone fight though, there aren't too many fighters I don't like.

Hey it's about time CHICAGO was thrown into the mix of cities to host UFC PPV , so lets do it right. The match everybody here has been waiting for MATT HUGHES vs MATT SERRA. Better yet JOE ROGAN to show his MMA talent.
