Saints 35 - Bears 12 Brees MVP Saints will rack up 600 total yards against a pathetic Cover-2 defense designed to stop the pass, not the run!!

Bears 14
The Saints offense goes through the Bears swiss cheese defense like a knife through butter. And Sean Payton takes Lovie Smith to school.
Roman responds: Wait a minute. Is the Bears defense cheese or butter?
Bears 35
N.O. 10
Gould will only be needed to kick extra points. This will be the game where one of our backs makes a 50+ yard run. Our defense Bears down and contains Bush and Deuce. We have a much better presence up front. Two INTs off of Brees (one returned for TD). Grossman continues to deliver. Hester helps us win field of position battle, but no TDs...

21-17,Who else,BEARS!! Jones 80/1 TD Benson 75/1 TD Des 65/1 TD.Tillman INT Urlacher owe we about 12 tackles from the last game. Rex 20-27 245 1 TD/1 INT on a long 3rd down pass. Anderson 2 sacks-he's not going against Walter Jones(the best LT in the game, today)D gets 4 sacks total. I won't have so many heart attacks like I did Sunday.OH, MVP-Urlacher-I hope he watched the film of the last game. If he does he should come out angry.. GO BEARS!!!
Mr.Barranco, SHUT IT,PLEASE!!! Your team is out and you should be in Dallas helping Romo brush up on holdong for FG tries. I hate to go back and forth about the past but you are taking BITTER pills and they are not helping you. Your team got knocked off 11 days ago,GO Hibernate and when it's our turn we'll do the same. GO BEARS!!!!!!!
The team that has the fewest turnovers
wins...I'm a saint fan so you know who I would like to see win.....good luck Chicago fans-should be a good one and the winner will beat the so-called better AFC champiion.

Bears 21
The Saints are too good of a story for the networks to pass up so look for the Bears to lose.
BEARS 23-SAINTS 10, REGGIE BUSH AND DEUECE WILL BE KNOCKED OUT SILLY AND REX WILL HAVE 2 TDS
The Bears 31
The Saints 23
The Bears D will come up Big!
For N.O. I see Brees picking the Bears secondary and linebackers
apart like a vulture on a fresh carcass. McAllister should pound the
rock with good success forcing the Bears out of any plans to focus
on preventing big plays via the passing game and with Bush who may
be used as a decoy in many instances. Just when the Bears think
they've stopped the bleeding, Bush and/or Brees will burn them.
The Bears should be able to have enough success on offense to
compliment big returns by Hester and a couple big plays by the D to
keep it close. But we just don't have the foundation of solid
coaching throughout the season to achieve the level of play needed
to defeat a team that does.
There's a chance the historical N.O. bad luck and Chicago's season long lucky streak could impact this game but it probably won't have an effect on the outcome this time. This should be the end. May the best team win.

Bears again cannot stop the run or the pass and Grossman is hurried into several mistakes. Bears take an early lead but lack the killer instinct they had earlier in the year and the Saints come back with a vengeance.
That is the one difference between this version of the Bears and the Ditka Bears. These Bears reflect their coach - passive, workmanlike, professional - but unable to go for the jugular.
No team is afraid of playing the Bears, unlike in the past, even when the Bear lost a lot of games in the 1970's, teams came out of those "wins" glad they didn't have to come back. That is what's missing now, and why they will not win this weekend, and why they bearly beat a vastly inferior team this past weekend.
(I'm going out on a limb)
Bears 30, Saints 24
MVP: Brian Urlacher
Urlacher and Briggs personally introduce themselves to New Orleans' vaunted RB tandem, while Tillman and Vasher shut down the Saints' wide receivers in the fourth quarter as the Bears win another hard-fought game.
I have prediciting a bad Bears year all season and I have had to eat crow several times this year --including Sunday's nailbiter with Seattle. I still say the Bears are not a good enough tam to be in the Superbowl but either is New Orleans. Baltimore and San Diego were the best teams and they're history.
Unfortunately, I think the Bear's defense were imposters posing as the '85 Junk Yard Dogs. Their too nice, tend to not tackle hard and let the QB set up all day. I don't think they'll get any meaner by Sunday so I saying New Orleans by 20.
31 TO 28 THE BEARS MVP WILL BE URLACHER WHO STOPS DEUCE ON A 4 TH AND 1 PLAY FROM THE 45 WITH 35 SECONDS TO GO IN THE GAME.THERE WILL BE OVER 350 YARDS RUSHING BETWEEN THE TWO TEAMS BUT THE BEARS HOLD WHEN IT COUNTS.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN A BEAR, BUT ALWAYS A BULL (LIKE THE STOCK MARKET). NEW ORLEANS 44; BEARS 12.
Saints 41 - Bears 14
Thunder (Deuce) and Lightning (Reggie) Fire (Brees) and Brimstone (Colston, Henderson, Copper, Lewis)
Winning is an ALTITUDE ...
Makes us soar higher than an EAGLE or a BEAR . . .
Name one team in the NFL,now ,where teams hate to go there and come out hurt like in the 70s. No one plays like that anymore. Most guys make more in one year than a whole team made in 2 years. They are no longer crew-cut guys killing themselves playing into an early grave. That's why guys like Tiki play and leave on their own terms. Do you hate the BEARS because they don't kill themselves for fickle fans? I'm sorry but that's in the past. Why kill yourself for Chicago fans when most likely you'll be a Packer before long. Even your beloved McMahon played for them before his career was over. I feel sorry for you guys who live in the past when it comes to football. I love the sport but nothing like I used to. I already made my prediction and don't let me rain on your parade. GO BEARS!!!!!
Saints 24
Bears 23
MVP - McCallister
In closely contested game, with turnovers on both side of the ball, the Saints march down the feild in the final 1:30 and kick the game winning 47 field goal with 20 seconds left in the game. The Bears get the ball back but Grossman gets sacked to end the game.
Bears 27
Saints 16
Bears D forces a couple of turnovers and forces field goals instead of giving up TDS. Rex doesn't play spectacular but avoids disaster and makes a couple of plays. Benson and Jones eat up clock and balance offense.
On to Miami to take on Manning and the Colts.
24-17 saints, the bears have had a cushened season all year and when it came to playing good teams lost as they will again !
Bears 37, Saints 20
MVP: Thomas Jones
Tom Cruise has been married three times, and the Bulls have won six titles since the last time the Bears were in the Super Bowl.
But on Monday, Roman will be saying Samuria T was right on.
The Saints are nice, but it will be tough for Reggie Bush to get footing and outrun the entire Bears defense. Ron Turner will keep the game plan simple, meaning the Bears will control the clock and put the pressure on Brees, who will throw two INTs.
You might not believe me now, but I promise I won't tell you Monday that I told you so.
Bears 17
Saints 16
MVP: Nathan Vasher
Both teams play conservative, trying not to lose. Bears score a touchdown in the 4th quarter to take the lead, Saints miss a field goal in the last minute.
Bears will win 19-17, again Gould will be the difference with 4 FG's but Bears will stop the Saints on 3rd down near the 37 yd line with time running out and Saints will miss a 50-yard FG.
i think the bears will step it up and instead of rex looking rusty for some of the regulars games he will turn into rex the ringer and have a field day. the bear offensive line will bear down so to speak and give no 8 plenty of time to find his targets. i think that the bears offensive line and backs will pick up the blitzes by the saints. On the bears defensive side of the ball the bears will get thier groove on and be on a seek and destroy mission to any saint that has the ball or close to getting it. i think the bears defense will a touchdown or two and that hester may also do the same. bears 42 saints 14

Key Players: Benson & Bears D & Gould
Surprising low scoring game. Bears coaches will finally fully unleash Cedric this week, he will rush for over 100 yards and one TD... Bears D will hold Saints potent offense to just 2 TD's. Todd Johnson will start in place of Chris Harris (Oh please don't put Harris out there again!) at safety, and will be key in stopping Deuce, and secondary will have 2 INT's... Game will come down to final minute, where Solid Gould will kick winning field goal!
Hey Saints fans, no Dome to over your heads baby, dress warmly... that wind off the lake stings this time of year!!!
GO BEARS!
Saints 31, Bears 13
Saints "O" too much for the Bears. Saints will run right through the middle, throw mostly short passes which will add up to 300+ yds. Bears MUST control the clock....RUN, RUN, RUN...don't let the Saints "O" on the field.
Wanted to respond to John F...
You're obviously a saints fan. Bears can't defend the run or pass? I admit bears D isn't what it was early this year, but they are still a top 5 defense in the league... The saints D, yuck. Westbrook was running all over the place, looked like he was playing against a high school defense, and your old boy stallworth was burning your secondary all day. And you guys were playing at home, not this time...
And I'm not really sure why the national media seems to be pumping up the saints like there some undefeated, dominating team... They did lose 6 games, wonder how that happened??? I'm not saying the bears are dominating either, but please... Saints look like Peyton Manning and the Colts, a great offense but a swiss cheese defense, and so far look how that has worked for them... ZERO super bowl appearances!
GO BEARS!
BEARS 23
SAINTS 21
What a game by Devin Hester, totalling 120 all purpose yards and 2 TD. One on a reverse, where he did his best Reggie Bush imitation and escaped for a 48 yd, rushing TD, and the second on a 67 yd punt rteturn in the 4th quarter.
Bears 31, Saints 28
MVB: Cedric Benson
Surprisingly Jake,JohnF is a BEARS fan. He has been predicting the downfall of the BEARS for several months. He has some kind of insight to the inner working of the BEARS and always know that Lovie and his coaches don't do their jobs sufficiently . I don't remember him ever being in their corner. I have to go back and read most of his blogs to find any that were positive about the team. GO BEARS!!!
38-6 Bears
Urlacher MVP
I think the D wakes up and wins it for them.
No one dances at mid-field,
Bad dancing on Rush St. all night long.
Bears 31
Saints 13
The Bears go back to their stifiling defense, and pressures Drew Brees, and stops the run 2x's. It is serious business now.......and we're ready !!!!
So close but still no winnings.
I did say a Robbie Gould would be MVP, but that the Bears would win 24-17, darn them losers from Seattle.
Back to reality:
NFC Divison Championship
Bears 30
Saints 24
MVP: Deven Hester if they will kick the damn ball to him, but that ain't going to happen.
Optional MVP:
Rex Grossman has to make some plays, throws for 3 TDS
The Entire Defensive Line: They must play two complete halves of football
Forget that crap make plays when it is necessary.
I am like the old guy who was televised saying he had to take a Nitro-glycerin tablet before Robbie Gould kick the winning field goal. He said his heart couldn't take it...poor fella...
Now that guy really had me laughing...*smile*
Saints 32
Bears 10
Deuce up-side your HEAD!!!!
Saints 31
Bears 17
The bears buckled whenever they played anyone good this year. The defense is not great, and will have a very tough time against the air and ground attack of the saints. Rex Grossman will get harassed by will smith and charles grant, because the bears o-line is slow off the ball and not very good protecting. Coach Payton will show why he is the coach of the year...with a gameplan that will leave the bears lost looking for hybernation. Bears coaching staff, doesn't make good adjustments...just look at the new england game, and arizona game...
To William:
Teams certainly don't like going to Pittsburg (as the Bears found out last year) or Baltimore - they get their bodies beat up pretty good.
I am not "living in the past" but comparing a tough 1985 championship team to the current Bears squad.
Your Saints score in your prediction is WAY too low - add at least 10 points to it.
To Jake:
I am a Bears fan and have been posting here all season.
The Bears are only a top 5 defense because they were number 1 for most of the season before playing terrible for the last half of the year (probably bottom half of the league), especially after the loss of Harris.
While we are throwing out stats, the Saints are the number 1 ranked pass defense in the NFC.
The Bears gave up over 100 yards to a running back with a broken foot last Sunday and several big pass plays to a quarterback with a broken hand. I don't believe any of these are the case for a potent Saints offense.
The Saints rushed for over 200 yards last week against the Eagles - why would you think the Bears can do any better given their leaky run defense in the last several weeks.
The Saints have the same road record as the Bears do at home (6-2) so home field is no advantage for the Bears.
The national media (who I tend to agree with) are saying the Saints are a better team RIGHT NOW, not looking at the whole season.
What is your prediction for the game?
Saints 35
Bears 14
I may be an old washed up coach that coached both teams, but even I can see that the bears will lose at home. Defense is overated, going against a superior saints offense..bush,colston, duece, brees...against urlacher...he's the only good player on defense. Da bears, lose....
Saints 42
Bears 20
Bears win, 30-23. With less than two minutes to go and the score tied at 23, the Saints begin driving downfield. Brees throws a screen pass to Bush. Briggs gets his helmet on the ball and it pops loose. Urlacher finds it and runs it all the way back for the score.
MVP Briggs for that play and for running around like mad tackling Deuce & Reggie all day long.
Saints 13
Bears 30
MVP: Berrian
Jones & Benson all day long until Grossman hits Berrian long...twice for TD's - Saints secondary too slow for Berrian.
I have a feeling Bree's will leave the game by halftime with injury due to Bears relentless Defensive attack.
Clark has a big day as well and Grossman throws one pick before the game is done.

This game will set the tone for the Bears glorious return to the Big Dance. Urlacher will lead the pack in stopping Deuce & Reggie!

MVP Robbie "I've got a heart of" Gould
Once again tied 14-14 at halftime Bears, grab 20-14 edge after two Gould field goals on consecutive possesions. However, Brees hooks up with rookie sensation Colston on a 32 yard TD pass with 2:50 left in the fourth quarter. A big return by Hester leaves the Bears a short field who will let Ced and T-Jones drive their way to the 24 yard line. Gould hits another game winner as time expires sending the Bears to Miami to play the Colts. (Barack Obama shows up with his face painted)
Saints: 34
Bears: 17
Grossman's 2 TDs late in the fourth make the score much more respectable than the game. Devin Hester's two turnovers force cancellation of trip to Hawaii.
The Saints will exploit Tommie Harris' vacancy and the Bears will blow it at the end.
Saints 17
Bears 13

Hellloooo - the Bears had to go to OT to beat a team that had a loan officer and an elk hunting guide playing defense, on a day when Grossman played well!

I still have not heard anything from an NFL player about being scared of Pit/Ravens. Maybe I'll ask the Colts who just played there last weekend. And who happen to have won I might add. Pit was 5-3 at home. Not bad not great and no ambulances were parked outside either. Who actually got hurt in the Pit game last year? If Alexander didn't need an extra quarter to go over 100 I'd be impressed. Our CBs are very good. I just don't see a high scoring game. Our defense is just jelling after not playing together over the last 4 regular season weekends. Horn won't be playing and if he did I wouldn't expect him to be a factor. People say that Brees played at Purdue where it is cold in the winter. Someone added that his seasons actually ended in Novembers when it is no where as cold as Dec/Jan. They also said that the Saints played in a 52 degree game recently. 52? That's shorts weather for most Chicagoans. People act like Saints have been blowing people out all season. If they were they would've been better than 10-6. While you are comparing hard hitting teams who's left that plays so physical that they remind you of the 85 BEARS? No one!! So why should we frown down on the BEARS because they aren't Rabid dogs? Too many times one of you guys say why can't they be like someone in the past even if it's a recent game. If you have to bring up last season and earlier in the season then obviously you're living in the past. Go back and read my many long worded blogs and you NEVER see me talking about the 85 BEARS. If anything I usually dispel the notion that they are GODs. I put the past firmly in the past and say GO BEARS!!!
Saints 36
Bears 18
After Rex throws his fourth Int, Urlacher marches the offense down the field for all of Goulds 6 FGs.
Playing Offense and Defense for an entire game makes him the only player enshrined in the Hall of Fame while still playing.
William:
I think you and I are just different types of people, I believe things after I have been given sufficient reason to believe them. You have more "hope" than I do. I suppose that is a part of my personality naturally, and it is magnified when looking at the Bears.
I have given my faith to the Bears organization too many times and have had it repeatedly stepped on. They have made bad coaching and personnel decisions for the last 15 years at least and I think I have the right to be skeptical until the Bears make it back to the SuperBowl.
Part of it also is an emotional reaction to the steady decline in play since the first 7 games and I think a lot of that has to do with the coaching staff's blind loyalty to Grossman and refusal to play Benson more, as well as trying to at least do something different each week instead of playing he same "cover 2" defense and run on first down, and "look downfield, dump off to Jones" offense. Where are the screen passes, reverses, halfback passes, corner blitzes, 46-type pressure defense? Look at the Patriots, each week they look like a totally different offense and defense (because of good coaching). One week Brady throws 40 times, the next they run it 35 times. One week pressure defense, the next week rush three and cover......and people wonder why they win championships.
Less Grossman, more Benson, and more imaginative coaching and maybe the Bears would be in a stronger position going into this game.

I just can't pick against the bearssssss, just won't do it, so bears 23, saints 22 (hester safety). MVP: Briggs
Saints 27 and ironically da Bears 24. Might as well stick with the NFC scoring themes.
The Saints will dominate early and often in the first quarter. Pushing Duece and (the rest of the D) into the end zone.
Bears will rally until the half...then Rex gets in his Mr. Hyde mode and gets picked off and sacked a few times. After he gathers his senses...and gets 350lb Charles Grant off his gut...he'll be in a coma. Da Bears can't depend on a kick to save their tails in this one.
Not to mention..the Saints aren't playing for a "pretty ring they can wear on their finger..Rex". The Saints are playing for the spirit of a city and the pride of a region.
Ask Tom Brady and the Patriots...it takes more than talent to win football games...it takes heart. The Saints and Drew Brees have all the heart. (See Sports Illustrated cover this week).
And Da Bears don't have a clue.
If Rivera prepares the defense correctly - unlike last year's handling of Steve Smith - Bush can be stopped.
If Lovie does not make any amateur decisions - Bears should win. Weak link is still Smith and Rivera - too much talent on the Bears.
Okay here you are, I honestly think the bears are gonna take this one, Were over due, the bears have proven them selfs to everyone that there going to the super bowl, and I think it will be a tight game but I think the scores will be

Reggie Bush is going to get stripped the way he carries the ball. Deuce will have a decent game, but will get stuffed for short gains time and time again. Thomas Jones/Cedric Benson will have a great day against a mediocre to bad Saints rush D, setting up Rex and Gould respectively. Fred Thomas is going to get burned more than once, as well.
Bears 31
Saints 23
Write it down!
Bears 34, Saints 17.
The Saints playoff inexperience comes to light when they step onto the field. Reggie Bush shows why the Texans didn't pick him with 2 crucial fumbles early in the 3rd quarter when the game was still close.
MVP: CBenson, 26 carries, 172 yrds, 2 TD's.
I total agree about the running on first down. I went over the box scores and they ran on first every time but the TD pass to Berrien and an incomplete pass to Moose. I think that they just don't want to pressure Rex too much and feel it's easier to convert short 3rds than to expect him to complete longer. Just about every first down run was for no gain or 2 yards, both with Benson and Jones. Teams know that that's what they're gonna do. They truly know that Rex is one of those guys who go into the toilet easily when things don't go his way. They try to keep him involved and not pressing. He has too much upside for them to go any other way. He's just too stubborn to be relied on like you would a true vet. I can't blame them for trying to get him over the hump. Why have to do this all over again next year when this year is here now. He needs to be coddled as much as you guys hate to hear it. But like I said some of you guys do live in the past like a jilted lover because you put too much into what they are there for. They are entertainment. A business that have employees who come and go. The 85 BEARS could not leave for greener pastures and were cut only when the team had used them up. Only stars like Brian Urlacher will spend their entire career with the BEARS. The rest of these guys are a commodity that needs to look good for their next employer. Ask Briggs about that. Guys will go into the hall after they played with 2 different teams now. Joe Montana and Jerry Rice should've never had to go to other teams to finish their career. How many guys retire after playing their entire career with one team and he wasn't a QB. It doesn't happen too much anymore. These guys are mercenaries. Playing for money and not for any particular team or for fans. This is their livelihood where they can make a tremendous amount of money unlike the stars from the 60s-80s who die destitute and invalid. They are not going to take someone's head off because they know that in doing so they are killing their own bodies. They don't have to earn a spot if they are 1st round picks because the teams invest so much money in them before they can prove themselves worthy. And how hard does a guy have to try when they have 8 or 9+ millions in the bank of guaranteed contract money. Why do you think so many guys are busts? I bet any kind of money that your stars from the 70s wish they played now instead of then. Their careers wouldn't have been as long because they made their money earlier in life. I doubt you would've seem guys playing 15 years like they did. I know that some guys do love the sport but how many can say that the feeling is mutual? GO BEARS!!!
Bears should be worried about this game...the home field advantage doesn't matter, because the saints are 6-2 on the road, and they will take the crowd out of the game immediately. If the bears have trouble with the dolphins, and green bay(nfc central is the worst division in football...bar none) they will really have problems with the saints. The seahawks gave the bears problems with a running back that had a broken foot...and a safety that was out of football till three weeks ago, and a quarteback with broken fingers...and it was seattle's game to win..they just choked. The saints two headed running back monster will put up a career day against the bears, as well as drew brees, who is a much better quarterback than hasselback. Plus, the front four of the saints will give rex fits...urlacher is good, but he can't cover everybody...and we know that lovie smith is not nearly the coach that payton is...

My prediction Bears 21 Saints 17
I think the bears will control the clock by running the ball more, keeping the saints offense off the field.
Yes, Saints are #1 ranked pass defense in NFC, true... And the Oakland Raiders are #1 pass defense in the NFL, and we know how great they are.... This stat just doesn't tell you how good defense really is.
If you want to pull that stat out, how about run defense, Saints are #13 in run defense, Bears are #2.. True bears have been giving up yardage (and mainly due to the lose of Mike Brown), but they also made some huge stops on short yardage plays on sunday. Don't compare eagles rush defense to the bears rush defense... Eagles rank one of the worst rush defenses in the league! They have been giving up big rushing yards all year...
I believe home field advantage is important... maybe if the saints had to play in philly last week, they would have lose... not like the blew out the eagles...
As for who the "national media" and "talking heads" pick, they also said the eagles where the HOT team, and they lost... so this just shows you that the playoffs are a different animal, and that anything can happen (just ask the chargers).
Saints have a great offense, no doubt about that, but they aren't this dominanting team... they have lose 6 games this year, right?! The sorry redskins stopped this potent offense...
Cmon John, you make it like the bears have no chance....

Duece is played, Bush gets Whacked, and Rex is back. Miami here we come!
Jake:
The Bears do have a chance if the following happens:
- Rush for 130-150 yards
- Pass for at least 275
- No turnovers at all
- No more than 2 sacks
- Hold Saints rushing under 80 yards
- Hold Saints passing under 250 yards
- Get at least 2 turnovers
- Get at least 3 sacks
Even if all that happens, the game would be decided by a field goal. The Bears defense will probably give up some big plays that will keep the Saints in the game.
My prediction of a 34-23 loss is that I doubt the Bears can hold Brees under 300 yards, I expect Grossman will turn the ball over (perhaps multiple times), and if the Bears coaches insist on playing Harris again, they will not stop Staley or Bush, and if they insist on giving Jones the majority of carries they will not have enough rushing yards to keep Brees off the field.
Bears 27
Saints 20
OK, I'm going to go out on a limb here. The Bears watch the Blues Brothers movie and decide they are on a "Mission From God." Rex takes a call from Phil Jackson, Zens out, and lets the game come to him. The defense performs a mind-meld with Tommy Harris and Mike Brown before the game, and, thus energized, proceeds to wreak havoc on the Saints. The Bears run the score up early (Rex 2 TD, no INT) and spend most of the second half running the ball, with big carries for Jones and Benson. MVP: the Bears defense.
Saints 31 Bears 6
A slew of turnovers, a few Grossman picks, a couple Benson and/or TJ fumbles, and a muffed punt return by Hester deep in our own territory keep the Bears from mounting anything offensively and steal away any enjoyment of watching them in the NFC championship game.
Meanwhile, Urlacher earns his "overrated" monicker as he is either run over by Deuce or beat to the sidelines by Bush time and again. Much is made on gameday of the cold affecting the Saints' passing attack, but Brees tears apart the Bears' secondary with 300+ yards and a couple scores.
Saints 27 - Bears 17. Duece is MVP. Rushes for 150 + yards. Saints defense shuts down Bears offense in 2nd half.

In other words, it will be a relatively low-scoring affair. Reggie Bush will be held to under 49 touchdowns. Deuce McCallister will only score 30 touchdowns without his helmet. The way to beat New Orleans is to force multiple takeaways & turn them into points.
Sadly, Chicago only recorded 1 turnover against Seattle & did not produce any points from it, hardly looking like the unit that leads the league in takeaways. If this same trend takes place Sunday, then the Bears will have no chance to win the NFC Championship.
What scares me about Drew Brees is that only 2 of his 11 interceptions have come on the road this season. Sunday's game is where the losses of All-Pro Defensive Tackle Tommie Harris & All-Pro Strong Safety Mike Brown will be exploited.
If it does turn into a shootout, Chicago does not have the offense to match New Orleans point-by-point, especially since they will most likely be without the services of Mark Bradley which will hurt if the Bears get into a lot of 3rd & long situations.
Reggie Bush will be used as a decoy all day long Sunday. He's so versatile that the Bears won't know whether he's lining up in the backfield or at receiver.
The Saints' achilles heel is their secondary, but it won't even be an issue if the defensive line applies constant pressure to Rex Grossman since he still hasn't shown that he can make good throws under pressure.
Sean Payton will also outduel Lovie Smith on the head coaching side. I don't know what caused Lovie to call that timeout with 2 seconds left in a tied game so that Seattle could get a shot at the end zone (luckily the pass was incomplete, otherwise a hail mary catch or pass interference call would've made Lovie's decision the most idiotic ever in playoff history.)
I would venture to say that most of you Chicago fans have no idea that the Saints are America's new team and have not seen the Saints play. Compare Rex to Drew. Another Fla QB that throws to specific spots. ala Danny W.
Deuce and Reggie will fly through the snow - cause what is mean to be will be ..the Saints are coming

As much as I'm sorry about what happened with H. Katrina I think it's silly that the BEARS are viewed as villians if they beat the Saints Sunday. Football shouldn't be viewed as some kind of life saver. The really poor people who lost their homes can care less what the Saints do. It's not them against the world. It's the government response and nature against them. They are still strewn all over America with no chance to return to their homes. The Saints have taken over where they left off. They are still making money and the poor are still shut out. This is no different than Jerome Bettis being lauded for winning a S.B. in his home town. Like Bettis still lives in Detroit. Yeah he has a house next door to my cousin Pookie and they always have partys by the pool drinking "coladas".GET REAL. The media has to build this stuff up or it's just a football game. Guess what: It is just a football game. Shame on people who equate being behind the Saints as being TRULY American. "Hell freezing over if the Saints ever go to the S.B."? Why did they ever doubt you? GO BEARS!!!
Saints 24-20.
Brees the MVP of game. Grossman barely adequate.
Lovie gets new contract with stipulation that Ditka becomes team's new spiritual leader.
I read Greg Couch's article today about Tank Johnson and it confirmed for me that journalist who never play the games really have no clue what it takes to weed out distraction. Do you think that a guy playing with sprains and broken bones and bleeding doesn't have the moxie and mental fortitude to block that out? Do you think these guys are thinking about whether they left the iron or stove on? They would rather their house burn down than get beat before that stuff ever crossed their mind. Any celebrity or athlete knows that the right lawyer makes any minor and some cases major crime go away. It's called community service. It's a service to serve the community. I've even seen where a judge and prosecutor in cases asked for an autograph after the case was over. Stop bringing Tank into the equation. He'll get whatever is coming his way in the long run. Talking about him in so 2006. GO BEARS!!!

GO BEARS! I love New Orleans, but not their team or that "magic" crap. Their coach, who looks like a kid, will be made to feel like one. Bush a non-factor due to rookie hiccups that choose a bad time to show themselves (remember him being berated by his coach for quitting on a play simply because he was hit coming off the line on a pass play?) I think the Saints will win. The Bears record this season is, to some degree, artificially inflated. 6 games versus the NFC North this season, 4 against NFC West. After the Bears had that great playoff win last week, I guess it's time for me to shut my fat mouth. Now that Grossman has proven that he can trick "good Rex" into appearing, I say the Bears win the Superbowl this year.

Reggie Bush will try to run past Urlacher but he'll get stripped twice. They'll switch to McCallister and he'll get tired. Grossman will make a few 3rd down bombs to Berrian and Clark.

The Saints will take it all!! We're coming for you Chicago and we're hungry for some BEAR MEAT!! Get ready for a famous New Orleans Boil. Of course, we'll need a lot of seasoning to cover up the Bear meat stench!!
My goodness!!! Will you guys can it with that"WHO DAT" crap. Is New orleans another country or what. Any way you cut it you guys are French and we are not too crazy about"Ze French". I never invade the opposing teams blog sites but I really need to know where I can enter a site and drive these Orleanians crazy telling them(in English) how we expect to whip them good on Sunday. After that we might even say WHO DEM BEARS!!! Naw,that sounds too silly. GO BEARS!!!

Deuce pounds the middle until the defence just can't stop him anymore. Deuce ends up with 120 yards and 2 TD's

With the Saints leading with 0:38 left in the 4th, Devin Hester takes it to the house with 68 yard TD return, only to be nullified for an illegal block in the back. Grossman moves the Bears down to the Saints 13 with a 57 yard pass completion with :06 left, but time runs out before he can get another play off.
Darryl M., I've been laughing at your post for 3 hours. Well said. Let's root for the home team. I see Ditka finally got on board. What happened everyone canceled their Ditka steaks and pork chops. I thought we were gonna have to go into this game with just Obama on our side. Way to go Iron Mike. Okay,it's Ditka,Obama and the Bears and their real fans against the world. Who can beat an army like ours. GO BEARS!!!
Saints 24

The weather will cause a low scoring afair. That being said, the bears D, even with mother nature's help can't stop the #1 offense in the league. I hate to see it after such a good regular season, but we need to be realists, its the saints coming to town, not the seahawks.
Saints 21 Bears 13
A little snow will not stop the Saints.
As the snow starts falling the Bears will slowly slip into hibernation. They awake in the 4th quarter unable to move because they have been trampled on by Duece.
I BELIEVE !!!!!!
Bless you Boys
Saints 17 Bears 13
Saints DEFENSE comes up big in Chi town!!
Saints 24 Bears 13
The Bears will score first, but the Saints defense will play a bigger role than anticipated and force Grossman into some turnovers. Then the Saints offense will grind out the victory. Reconstruction of the city will be postponed until after Mardi Gras.
Saints: 31
Bears: 10
The Bears will be unable to cover the Saints #1 offense, and even the Saints defense will score!
The Bears will probably get lucky and manage 10 points, though.

Saints are a good team but I don't see them better than the Bears. Even with Rex having an up and down season we won 13 games. Brees throws for 500 and loses aginst the Bengals.
NO team will dominate this game.
like I said before,
Bears 23
Saints 21
Saints win 20-17, close game I think both teams are too evenly matched. Should be the most watched game of the weekend. Iam a Saints fan, but like the Bears fan said, tired of hearing about katrina let them win the game for the fans.

Love to see Bears win. However with a iffy defense & a iffy Rex expect New Orleans to prevail something like 31-17.If Saints do win will be great for the hurricane ravaged fans who deserve a winner. But the da bears have all the reasons to win & if they lose will have no excuses.

This WHO DAT fan thinks the Saints are going all the way - Rex is too inconsistent; The Reggie & Deuce offense combination is unstoppable! Special Teams will provide great field position for the #1 NFC Offense. I BELIEVE!!!
The saints have come too far the let da bears beat them. The saints are a much better team and deserve to win more then any team. This city needs it and will help with the recovery...

Frostbite.... I guess David M forgot Brees played in the Big Ten. The Bears are going to flake out like Kellogs.
To all the people that are into sports. not one of you assholes can predict who will win. NO has the better offense and CHI has the better defense. no one knows who will win but I'll take Brees over Grossman on a bad day. weather is a concern but if you can beat'em you can beat'em botrh teams have to play in the cold. Bears 35 Saints 14.
AndreiA's comment above is right on. This week the national media has done exactly what it has done all year: Taken one game and blown it out of proportion to anoint a new "#1 team". I haven't seen one commentator point out that the Saints were 5-5 in their last 10 games and barely beat the Eagles last week.
The Bears can dominate this game.
It seems like the Chicago Sun-Times put on this blog for Da Bears fans to over inflate their sad Q.B. and an overachieving team against losing teams. If the NFL didn't have a hand in bringing the Saints this far, I think the Bears could possibly winthis one. If the NFL didn't have a hand in the Saints Cinderella season, the Saints may pull this one out because of MUCH better personnel on offense. I still believe the NFL arranged this wonderful season in some type of organized crime way, but I sure do love it. Finally the Saints have a winning season. If the NFL has something to do with this season for the Saints rebuilding efforts at home, the game has already been won by the Saints.....
Saints 28 Da Bears 17
P.S. If Ditka was as good a coach as Da Bears fans think, he would have done something (anything) with the Saints when he partially came out of retirement to rape Tom Benson's wallet and the Saints fans hearts. Good thing Chicago had a great football team with an a** for a coach.

No Defense, Rex on Fire, Benson has a breakout game, but so does Brees and Bush. Only a Gould kick in OT wins it for Da Bears.
Everybodys guessing predictions. Lets get down to knowledge. Both teams have average defenses. Nod goes to N.O. on offense. Special teams to bears. Weather comes into play on offense and special teams. Low scoreing affair, maybe 1 or 2 field goals. Home field to bears and anxiety to N.O. Bears to grab early lead and lead at half. N.O. strongest in 2nd half, ties game in 4th qtr. Mistake by grossman causes bears to lose, late in 4th qtr. Final Score:
New Orleans 24
Chicago 21
Saints 42
Bears 24
MVP - Drew Brees
I predict the long ball will be the downfall of the bears "defense" who has yet to even beat a team better than a 50:50 regular season record. their so called defense is only so high ranked because they have yet to play an amazing offense. The saints have only had one or two games this regular season which they scored less than 20 points. brees is used to the weather in chicago. The saints have had their own wind chill this season to help them this far. And his name is Brees.
This is going to be a good football game. I just don't see the Bears defense stopping the Saints offense. The Saints have something special going on.

A field of play options for Brees confuses the Bears defense. Sean Payton controls the flow of the game while Saints defense doesn't allow the Bears offense to get close enough to the goal line to cross it but once.
Saints 24 Bears 10. Saints return one int for a TD, and intercept Grossman 2 other times and the bears vaunted D cant stop the Saints on a short field all game. Saints D as the MVP>

Chicago will take early lead as Saints acclimate to the conditions. Bears will get cocky and sloppy and Saints will roll out the voo doo. Bears heads will be on a swivel and admit after-the-fact they don't know what hit them but that it was a great learning experience, and adversity will prepare them for a legitimate run in 2007 season. Saints will go on to learn a close Super Bowl to AFC representative.
Saints 41

Coach Ditka is a true saints fan.
No way the Bears defense can shut down Deuce and Reggie or protect against the fast hands of Brees.

Yes, the MONSTERS of the MIDWAY return, and so does BEAR WEATHER. Remember, it doesn't snow in the Super Dome. The Saints aren't even practicing outdoors leading up to the game. The Saints MAY keep the game somewhat close in the first half, but the second half will definately be dominated by the BEARS! As the snow falls, so do the Saints....but, the Saints should be commended for a great season, even though their season ends with this game. I see the final score being Bears-31 Saints-17
Super Bowl XLI will only have 1 Peyton in the game. The Saints have ridden the winds of Katrina into Chicago, only to be blown back to New Orleans by the windy city.
Our papa,
Who art a Bear,
Hallowed be thy Fame,
Thy championship come,
Thy play be run,
At home as it is away.
Give us this day our Sunday win,
And forgive us our turnovers,
Though we pounce on those who turnover against us.
And lead us not into fourth and long,
But deliver us from the NFC
In the name of DITKA,
BUTKUS,
And the Holy PAYTON,
As it was in 1985,
So shall it be in 2007,
REIGN WITHOUT END

Bears roll early over Saints' holey defense. RoboBack Benson pulverizes all in his path. Saints push luck to recover, so Bears close deal: Peanut the Great, Sticky Ricky Manning and Nathan the Inner Septor all have TD returns. MVP: The best linebacker on Earth - Brian Urlacher. Bears fans learn to dance with umbrellas when Lovie accepts George Halas Trophy for NFC Champs. You can mail the crawfish, Ray! Go Bears!
This is going to be a good game. The Bears have a good defense, however this is going to be a case when good defense is not enough to stop great offense.

Saints offense is playing well, but it's the Saint's defense that steps up. Scott Fujita puts pressure on Grossman and gets a safety. Fourth quarter score is 29-18 Saints, with 2:36 left.
The Bears score a touchdown and capitilize on the 2 point conversion, 28-26 Saints, but the Bears are threating with 1:04 left to play. Driving down to the Saints 47 it's second down with 38 seconds left on the clock, Grossman threws a perfect twenty yard pass to Mushin Muhammed, but Mike McKenzie makes a diving catch to take it out of the arms of Muhammed. Saints win 24 to 9. All da'Bears can muster is 3 field goals. Patton is prepared for this game. The Saints are prepared for this game. Grossman is sacked. Grossman fumbles and is intercepted. The Saints play the kind of football that Ditka dreams about...run inside..run outside..short passing game.. then go for the throat with the big play. The Saints won't punt the ball in the first half. The Eagles played a great game but lost against a better team. The Bears will lose to a better team and the next Superbowl Champions. MVP to Colston and Brees.
Saints by 10. Bears have stumbled through this season on a weak schedule, luck, and a little defense. Snow? Bears weather? Anything that makes you feel better about a team that just is not that good.

haha the bears won 13 games because you guys had the EASIEST schedule ever! they played horrible teams, and when they lost it was to GOOD teams. oh and dont forget you lost to green bay and miami! so that record means nothing! sorry but the saints are a better team all around, and despite the weather we will pull through and win!

I learned from the TV show Arrested Development that :"POOF" means so many things. But today it means what will happen to the Saints' season. It will be a great game regardless. Every fan predicting that their team will be victorious. Saints trying to be the first dome team to win an outside victory to make the Superbowl. One can dream can't they.Too bad someone has to lose. I'll miss these "raging Cajuns" on our blog just like I miss the Seahawk fans. That said,GO BEARS!!!
ROMAN please let this thru. All you saints fans forget we lost to only one good team and that was new england by 3 at their place. We beat the other 3 playoff teams we faced easily during the season. Now all you guys who by the way are imbred morons(I KNOW CUZ I LIVE IN NEW ORLEANS BECUZ YOU GUYS ARE TOO LAZY TO REBUILD YOUR OWN CITY) don't realize that deuce averages 1.2 yards less a carry on grass. Not being on turf will slow you guys down regardless of cold or not.Barry sanders was one of the best of all time but had his worst games on grass in the playoffs and believe me neither reggie" fumble boy" bush or deuce is anywhere close to sanders jock.
DA BEARS ARE SAYIN DEY GONNA BEAT DEM SAINTS. Learn how to spell the word GO the right way all you waterboy seedlings. You guys went 10-6 in the second worst division in football. How many teams were .500 by the way in the south huh? De Saints snow plow the bears. Saints are headed to the Super Bowl.
MVP will be the Duese. If Joe H plays he will have a great day combining with Colsten to rip the secondary and Bush will run every where. Brees will have career day and this one will look like the Dallas game.Every one in the offense will have their hand in it and The "D" will put a hurt on the Bears. Watch for the Saints D to take away the pass and keep the Bears QB running for his life. Yeah...last week the pass hurt the Saints but you honestly think they didn't make a few changes to correct that? Bears at home but they haven't met up this year with the Saints. Will start as Defense show but by mid second quarter the Jazz will be flowing and the only angry yelling at half time will be in the Bears Locker room. Saints 34-10
Bears make only two 3rd down conversions all game as Grossman is harried on every passing play by Smith, who adds two sacks to his 10.5 season total, as Smith and Charles Grant stuff Bears vaunted running game except for an early long TD run by Cedric, and a FG after an early Saints fumble. A blistering Saints blitz scheme devised for the Bears by the best coach in the NFL yields two intercepts, one by aging Fred Thomas, Grossman's QB rating for game: 10. The Deuce runs wild through the decimated middle of the Bears line, but it is a TD swing pass from Brees to Bush that clinches the outcome: Saints 24 Bears 10.
For all you people who hate stats here we go. Saints were 1-3 against AFC opponents. The only team they beat was Cleveland. The AFC teams they lost to scored 31-35-38 points against Saints. The Saints Beat Green Bay in their 2nd game of the season but gave up 27 points to Green Bay who failed to score anything against the BEARS the week before. They lost to Washington at home by scoring 10 points in December, the 3rd to last game of the regular season when they were still trying to win. And of course gave it up to Carolina in a meaningless game to end their season. Yeah, the BEARS lost their last game too and it was just as meaningless. What does it all mean? Nothing. Just like what your Saints have done up until now. I don't see any more perfection than the BEARS have already shown. Stats don't win games and looking for a story because of tragedy isn't gonna do it either. Let's get this game going, already. No worries,no fear. That said,GO BEARS!!!!

Hopefully, our defense can score some points cause Grossman will fall apart. And they won't take him out when he starts falling apart as they will play him to prove a point. We should put a fleur de lee on Rex's helmet.
Why not start Griese - the Saints would never expect it. Or just let Orton run it every down.
I've had it - see you next year.

As I said before, this is not our year. Get rid of Grossman already and send him back to Florida. Put in the Griese Man - now while there's still time. NO will never be ready for it.
Hopefully our defense can put some points on the board cause Rex won't.
Then maybe it will be
Saints 23
Bears 14
But where is Grossman? He will most likely be on the ground seeing butterfly's. Put in Griese - NOW!
I have it - see you next year.

The saints have the heart and dream of doing it right. The Bears have no heart for this game.
I do believe it will be a close game; however, I also believe the Saints will go marching to Miami.
Ending score Saints 17 - Bears 14
SAINTS WIN!
No score predicited. They enter the field as a team that's good enough to beat the Bears, but they bring an element you posted in your own paper as the number one thing to worry about (Vodoo).
The Vodoo as referred to as outside sources is actually their "ANGELS WATCHING OVER THEM AND THE NEW ORLEANS PRIDE".
If you really want a final score, find someone who talks with the ANGELS.
Saints 2 Bears 0
As time runs out in the 4th quarter, Rex Grossman goes into a coma because of the temperature and gets caught for a safety and a Saints win. Bush runs for 225 all-pupose yards but can't score because the goal lines have been moved to Wrigley Field to protect Ditka's sole Super Bowl Win.

What is up with all these French-loving yahoos picking the saints here in Chi-town? They've infiltrated our city newspooper with their blase predictions of saints victory, as if they were having a bad lsd trip and everything looked victorious through their rose-colored glasses!
Listen up! The Bears will crush the Saints, like I said, 34-20, and the ENTIRE BEARS TEAM will be voted MVP's...Coach Lovie and his staff will OUT-COACH Payton, and dem who dats will sulk home crying about the refs, the fans, the weather...their team of destiny will be revealed as FAKERS, and the Bears will be crowned NFC CHAMPIONS on their way to their second SUPER BOWL!!!GO BEARS!!!C'mon Chicago, lets get ready to RUMMMMMBLE!!!

And I would like for all Chicago sports fans to get together and run Mariotti out town. This clown keeps talking trash about our teams all the time just to get more ratings on TV. If you hate our teams so much, well then get out of our city!!

Saints haven't paid their dues. Can't turn this team around in one year. With a new coach, new QB, two rookies, who will make rookie mistakes. Teams who have turned it around quickly, had continuity at coach, QB. Also disrespecting Bear weather just like NO didn't respect Katrina. NO will move ball, but will not score enough points. Defense stiffens. Rex will play well and win it for them. Deuce will run well, but not rookie. Fujita says there knocking on heaven's door, can't sleep. NO is overhyped! Bears, bear down and claim it!

The bears should stop praying for snow, sleet, and wind and start praying for a miracle. Just remember, if a hurricane couldn't stop us don't think for one second snow, sleet, and wind will! Bring it on Chicago!
Ok....I've read the messages, listen to the Hype. As usual it's always alot hype before the big game, the media pushes it hard and we all get down right crazy in support of our team. Either way...it's some what amusing to read some of these "QUOTES" above. So first of all let me say....To the man who complained about the Saints Fans for invading the Bears News paper with their messages....Buddy, it's a free world, freedom of press and freedom of speech. If that offends you....may I suggest a few other countries where you do not have those rights. This is all in fun, so if your offended by the Saint Fans invading your paper, quit reading it or go buy the paper and shut down the website.....the really funny thing is according to the latest poll in this paper of over 50,000 plus votes...saints are picked to win the game 90% votes to less than 10% by the readers. Thats sad....The Chicago Newspaper, Home of the Bears, and the bears fans already know the out come.
One more thing to ponder, The town of the Bears super bowl win is coming to end the Bears hopes of returning to a Super bowl this year.....Kinda justs makes your stomach roll doesn't it...Go Saints....Miami is next on the schedule. Saints win...BIG
Bears no show
Found hiding in Grant Park
Everyone is picking against the Bears tomorrow. They haven't received any credit for their winning season, mainly due to the fact that the NFC North is considered to be weak. They won the games that they were supposed to win. Their defense is due for a big game.
Now they have to deal with playing the Saints who have become America's team because everyone is relating them to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Did we forget that they were quick to rebuild the football team and stadium while people are still without homes and living in trailers? Is winning a game going to suddenly make the victims of Katrina, none of whom are the ones that pack the Superdome each weekend, suddenly forget that they don't have a roof over their head?
So my question is this: When the Bears win tomorrow, will we as Bear fans celebrate our victory or will we be too wrapped up in our bitterness and feeling of desire to scream from the rooftops "WE TOLD YOU SO!" I hope that we can just celebrate and remain positive during this time. To all the Bear fans out there, keep the faith! The world is pulling against us but we shall remain positive from kickoff until the game is won. Bear Down!

Don't underestimate the Saint's. They are not the same team of yester-years. Think of how they played against Atlanta and the Cowboys. Have no fear they will BRING IT! Brees may have been in sunny Cali before NO.. but he played at Purdue. I think he may be used to the cold.. just a hunch. Payton knows Chicago weather and without a doubt has prepped the guys for it. The Saints are ready for this NFC Championship.. and they know how important it is to a city that was almost washed away. That's the funny thing about NO Saints fans.. even when we were 3-13 .. we still had FAITH. And Finally we are being rewarded. WHO DAT! and BLESS YOU BOYS! Sorry to my family in Chi-town... but Da Bears are going to be roadkill.. esp when Fujita and Shanle are done with Grossman!
BEARS 27

Saints 31 Bears 17 The Bears defense is not as good as people think it is. But the Saints has good defense and a good offense. And a good head coach and good coaches behind him and thats what's going to be the difference. GO SAINTS
Make no mistake it's going to be a tough game to win but, the way every so called expert would lead you to believe the bears might as well not even show up. Some intresting observations I have noticed lead me to believe the bears have a very good chance to win sunday. Every one says the saints have an explosive offense that scores a ton of points. Didn't the bears and saints score the same number of points last week ? over the course of the season didn't the bears score more points than the saint's ? so why is thier offense so much better ? because drew brees threw for over 500 yds in one game? (by the way they lost that game)didn't thomas jones rush for more yardage than duece ? They compare bush to barry sanders, how many superbowls did detroit win ? They gave up some big plays to the eagles last week and the bears should be able to do the same. The saints also lost 6 games during the season. I don't care how or why the bottom line is they got beat 6 times and this shows they can be beaten. The biggest thing I see helping the bears is they finally won a play-off game and now can relax, have some fun, and go out and play bear football.
Bears: 22
Saints: 14
Co-MVP: Kyle Orton/Robbie Gould
Grossman out with a fractured everything on the fourth play of the game, Griese comes in and is laid up by a block during a Saints INT return for TD. Orton returns to lead the team to dink-and-dunk passes and heavy use of Benson up the middle. Hester gives Chicago good field position but 3 drives into the red zone = 3 chip-shot FGs. A late fake FB by NO puts them up 14-9 at the half.
Defense suddenly remembers they have Orton QBing them and tighten up. Orton surprises everyone with a play-action to Jones and UNLEASHES THE DRAGON to Rashied for a 87-yard score late in the third to make it 16-14. A late Bush fumble and a muffed punt give Gould 2 more FGs and a Brees hail-mary is batted down by Peanut Tillman in his first useful play of the year. Bears win and Vegas puts them down as 11 1/2 point underdogs to the AFC in the opening line.
'DA' BEARS - 27
SAINTS - 24
MVP: BRIAN URLACHER
Defense will be the the major key for the Bears big victory. And thus, Robbie Gould will kick another game winning field goal, should it come down to the wire (in which I have the feeling that it will be that way).
To the saints fan who chose, like a lot of liberals like to do,to PERSONALLY ATTACK me for my sentiments, I will AGAIN say generally to anyone here rooting for or predicting that the Saints will win, that come the end of the game, 34-20 Bears, you go back to the land of make-believe and fairy tales and wait til next year because this is the BEARS YEAR!! And it's YOU'RE OFFENDED(Which I am!), not YOUR OFFENDED, so when you try to argue in print you've got to be grammatically eloquent in order to make whatever point you've got to make, otherwise you look like a public school dunce! GO BEARS!!!!ALL OF THE BEARS ARE MVP'S!! 34-20, Bears crush the Saints and QUIET the Who Dat crowd!!!Semper Fi...
I like how everybody's picking the Saints, and calling out the defense. Nobody remembers that the Bears secondary has been banged up since December. I think the Bears will shut down the outside and let the front seven contain Deuce. A key will be the play of Tank and the O-line early. If they set that rhythem, this could be over early. The Saints are the latest in the long line (Panthers, Seahawks, Falcons, Giants, Cowboys, Eagles) who have been "better" than the Bears since the Miami game. The Bears are pissed off, and that's why the Saints will get smashed.
