Lions fans to make statement

I love Lions fans. They're planning on walking out of Sunday's game against the Bears en masse in the second quarter to protest the mismanagement of the team. To what team should Chicago fans send a message?

I hope none of them bought tickets to just do that. Now if you're stuck with a ticket you biught 6 months ago you should try to sell it instead of wasting money paying for parking and all that. Stop buying tickets and cancel your season seats if you're that upset with them. It's not like they just got bad:they've been bad a while. Stop buying their crap and you'll get change much faster. Remember the Aints and how guys used to wear bags on their heads. I figured it was best to save my money instead of spending it and then protesting.

I think the Lions fans should just stay and root for the Bears and at the same time, boo their own team...To leave is the lazy way to go about it....and I'll answer your question with a question..."Why do the Chicago fans have to send a message to anyone...???"...Seems like the team has done that for us...The message being..."Hey NFC teams, Come to Chicago in January and play some football in the warm and friendly confines of Soldiers Field.!!"

Roman responds: No, not a statement to the Bears, obviously. How about to the Cubs, although they're at least trying to improve, or to the Hawks, although they're at least playing better. So maybe you're right, maybe these are good times for Chicago sports fans.

Who cares?

how about the packers next week? send them back to the frozen wasteland in greenbay. Guess a lot of packer fans are without electricity after the storm up there, course a lot of packer fans never do have electricity or indoor plumbing, and others are normally dim bulbs. Maybe bear fans could send the puckers a message and give bert a rocking chair.

I heard that they asked several Lions fans whether or not they would sign up for season ticker renewals and ALL of them said yes. You won't have any change if you go along with the status quo. They had 12,000 no shows. But no-show are people who bought their tickets. No one in business will hear you if you still buy the product. Don't buy the product and that's a start for change.

Roman...Your topic was about football and about the Lions so I answered accordingly...No need to be condescending...It wasn't obvious...Look at the other posts...They OBVIOUSLY didn't get it either..."To what other Chicago sports team should Chicago fans send a message?"...Now that's obvious...Anyway, when is the last time all of the Chicago teams produced this much excitement (all at the same time)???

Roman responds: I agree with you. I don't remember trying to be condescending, but it happens. I'll work on it as my new year's resolution.
