Boy, what a loss.  My back went out on me again, and this time it took over 2 months to recover.  It sucks that the older we get, the more time it takes to heal.  What also sucks is putting back on 20 lbs due to the medication.  I'm now 247 after being laid up and lack of exercise.  What's good is that my back, while still sore, is feeling much better.  I can walk without a cane, go to the bathroom pain free, and don't have to bug my wife and kids for everything under the sun.

I've had a rough last few months and maybe I'll get into that more down the road, but i'm looking forward and don't want to EVER look back.
