The Fire announced Tuesday that WPWR My50 Chicago will be the club's television broadcast partner for the 2013 season. Coverage will begin with the Fire's game against Chivas USA on March 24 at Toyota Park.

My50 Chicago is expected to televise as many 23 of the Fire's games, 20 of which will be available in HD. The Fire is currently slated to appear on national television 16 times this season.

Dan Kelly will return as the team's play-by-play announcer and Kevin Egan will provide color commentary.

"We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with My50 Chicago as the 'Home of the Fire' for Chicago Fire matches throughout the 2013 season," Fire COO Atul Khosla said in a team statement. "Placing all of our matches on a local channel and providing destination programming is integral to the growth of our club. My50 Chicago is a widely available, over the air local affiliate committed to building connectivity throughout the Chicagoland area through soccer and the Chicago Fire. We're looking forward to cultivating our relationship this season."
