Striker Chris Rolfe, reacquired by the Fire Monday, will not be available for selection Saturday when the club plays Toronto FC at BMO Field after he sustained a minor left ankle sprain at Thursday's training session.
Rolfe was originally anticipated to be part of the 18-man roster for Saturday's game.
He injured the ankle when he planted his left leg to take a shot on goal in practice. He immediately favored the ankle but was able to walk off the field under his own power.
