For the second week in a row, the previous week's top fantasy performer doesn't get to roll over his momentum. Just like Ronnie Brown last week, Brett Favre, he of the six touchdown tosses against the Cardinals, gets Sunday off.
Here's a look at some of Week Four's other stars and matchups they face this weekend.
Matt Schaub
Week Five: vs. Colts
After a slow start, due in large part to a hard schedule and circumstances (ie: hurricane) no one could control, Schaub put up arguably the best performance of his career last week. Now the Colts come to town, and Schaub is in a prime position to once again post big numbers. As an Andre Johnson fantasy owner though, it would be nice if Schaub looked for his best receiver more often.
Larry Johnson
Week Five: at Carolina
If you traded for Larry Johnson after two weak performances to open the season, well done. Nothing is better in fantasy football than buying low. Johnson has dominated the last two games, and with little help from the passing game, Johnson is KC's only legitimate offensive option. Carolina is the opponent this week, and Johnson should get enough carries to have another big game.
Mushin Muhammad
Week Five: vs. Kansas City
While I hate advocating Muhammad because of his time in Chicago, he should be ticketed for another big game on Sunday. Kansas City's pass defense isn't very good, and Jake Delhomme looks like the quarterback who took a team to the Super Bowl a few years ago.
