Just when you think you know somebody, right? Well I heard Cedric Benson’s got some time on his hands now. Did you know he used to be a pretty good baseball player!? True story.

Hanley Ramirez- Florida Marlins (SS)

Hanley Ramirez is awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Yeah, five awesome’s. He’s that good. Quickly: Was the Josh Beckett for Hanley Ramirez swap possibly the most fair trade in the history of baseball? The Red Sox won a World Series because of the excellence of JB, while the Marlins got the best young shortstop of my lifetime.

I realized Berkman was mashing this season at a record rate, but how does the dude they call Fat Elvis already have 10 steals? That’s a career high and we’re not even half way through June.
