Graffiti is not art. Video games on the other hand...

Some men sway a tragic wand - but it never erases the 'abra-ka-dabra' that was a thought in time

Goodbye Horses

This is just like the government washing away arts programs from schools...

Cheeky of Banksy to compare graffiti with Lascaux. But then, what is art but cheek?

You're an idiot.

Banksy,no?

I'm tired of living. After the oxes I'm gonna erase myself in the face!

If graffiti only occurred in modern caves, like the deep recess of an alleyway, then people wouldn't have a problem with it. Maybe if graffiti said things like "pull your pants up, idiot" and "aggression doesn't make you a man" or "women are to be respected, even the bitches and hoes" then perhaps it'd be good for something.

"Remove that ancient graffiti white boy..."

Not a lot can make me gasp these days. *trying to cough my teeth back out of my lungs*

Banksy once said he wasn't painting pictures to end world poverty, but hoped only to make someone smile while they're having a piss. Alas and alack, even such a gentle and noble goal seems to be infeasible.

You can French a Fry, but you can't Basque a Yacht.

Speaking of keeping your town tidy and the trains on time:

Can't find where, but Garrison Keillor once spoke about how neat and tidy it was in the Netherlands. Nice at first, then monotonous, then stultifying. Riding bikes one day trough nearly perfect countryside, he spied a rusting refrigerator siting in an unkempt, vacant lot. And that's when he knew he had to get back to vibrant, untidy America.
