This may need to be amended. I contend that is mustachioed Hitch sitting next to foxy Betty Compson in a shot from "The White Shadow"(1924). Check it out.

The best one had to be from Topaz. He shows up in a wheelchair, then effortlessly GETS UP! Completely unexpected!
It's too bad Hitchcock has never done a pure comedy movie. He could have diversified just as well as Stanley Kramer did when he made "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World."
Thank you for posting this! Made me want to see all of Hitchcock's movies all over again and wonder what age I can show my almost 5 y.o. his first Hitchcock movie!

"Mein Führer! I can walk!" A nice explosion after that (maybe a French nuclear test on a newsreel?) would have been superb.
The best cameos are the ones that showlight him (Strangers on a Train, North by Northwest); that way he's not just an extra, he's THE extra.
FYI. According to video description on YouTube, this compilation is missing cameos from the following films:
