That kid is some kind of genius. Below is the marble run I posted earlier, which is more sophisticated but somehow lacks the same seat-of-the-pants thrill factor.

I love how he uses kids' books as supports for part of the structure!

Well, they are designed to be two very different things. The Perimeter Marble Run is meant to repeat endlessly as a wall decoration in a children's playroom or bedroom and therefore has more engineering involved, whereas the trial and error nature of the ZiggyZagglyZoo Marble Run is a triumph of ingenuity...and careful editing.

The Perimeter run would be more exciting if it had been presented in a more Filmic way...

This is why Editing is such a powerful part of filmmaking.
