Touring in support of his widely hailed collaboration with Brian Eno on the recent album "Everything That Happens Will Happen Today," David Byrne, erstwhile leader of the Talking Heads turned global music champion, offers and evening of "The Songs of Byrne and Eno" (though minus Eno himself) at the Civic Opera House, 20 N Wacker Dr., at 8 p.m. Sunday.
