On Friday, opening night, Radiohead will play unopposed from 8 to 10 on the main stage.
Saturday will conclude with Rage Against the Machine facing off against Wilco.
And the festival comes to an end on Sunday with Kanye West vs. Nine Inch Nails.
Besides the headliner conflicts, the biggest one has to be Broken Social Scene vs. Battles, two of the best bands in the entire lineup get scheduled against each other on Saturday, while most of Sunday has no major draws. At least both bands are playing shows after Lolla at Metro and Double Door.
So you're telling me...that after the Raconteurs (which is the biggest reason I'm going)....I have all of 15 minutes to hit the porta-potty, grab a fresh beer, then walk the 4.5 mile trek from the Bud Light stage to the AT&T stage? Gee, thanks!
Otherwise...the rest of the schedule RULES! I hope the NIN crowed blows out the Kanye crowd.
It's not just that, it's Broken Social Scene vs. Battles vs. Lupe Fiasco... three big reasons why I'm going to Lollapalooza... they could have spaced things out a little better I think
