All eyes will be on the New Trier boys soccer team once again when it enters the North Central College parking lot in Naperville on Friday.
The last time the Trevians pulled out of this lot, they did so with a Class AA state trophy in hand. Can this squad duplicate that feat and run the table again this weekend?
Will Neuqua Valley finish its season undefeated against teams in Illinois? If Barrington avoids shootouts, which is where it has suffered its only two losses this year, the Broncos are ready.
And don't forget about Hinsdale Central, which beat New Trier 2-0 earlier this season. The Red Devils ride into the rematch on a 12-game winning streak and has allowed only three goals during that stretch. But it also hasn’t scored more than two goals in any game since a five-goal outburst on Sept. 12.

In accordance to the fact that we pass Hinsdale and play Barrington. Franchezca the forward for Barrington we have been playing against since we were kids. Hes not a dominant force, we all know what he tries to do. He was a amazing forward for a short while. Then as his skills slowed and also strength they moved him back into a defense sweeper/stopper for the Sockers Club Team. He will be tough to mark in the air, but he won't be the catalyst for them winning state.

"In accordance to the fact that we pass Hinsdale." Don't provide them with bulletin board material they could use. Don't forget, who is the only team you have lost to last year and this year? Who have you failed to score a goal against in either one of those games either? Believe me, these Hinsdale kids may have lost to Oswego but when they want to get motivated, they are hard to stop. And they know how to play in pressure packed tight games (see this whole year's playoffs). I think you will be sad once Friday is over.
ha NT 10, serves you right. So much for all that stuff you wrote about that Barrington kid. Thanks for the scouting report, I'm sure they'll use it in as they prepare for THEIR GAME against BARRINGTON. Hope you had a good season losing twice to Hinsdale
NT10-Next time play some real teams in the season. That may actually prepare you to play some "real" teams. All the stats and the goals and assists and #1 rankings don't mean anything unless you can win when it counts. And you can't...... Hinsdale has definately got your number. Remember - get your AD and coach to schedule some real competition. Come on out to the western suburbs and see how some real soccer is played........
