Three teams to return to Arena Football League

The Arena Football League announced last week that it will have three teams rejoining the AFL for the 2011 season --  the San Jose SaberCats, Kansas City Brigade and the 2008 champion Philadelphia Soul. All three franchises were members in the 2008 season, the last season before the league took a one-year hiatus.
