The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association named Northwestern seniors Katrina Dowd and Danielle Spencer and sophomore Shannon Smith first team All-Americans.

Also honored from the NCAA runner-up Wildcats were sophomore Alexandra Frank, a second team selection and freshman Taylor Thornton was a third teamer.
