The Chicago Slaughter (6-6) will host the LaCrosse Spartans (2-10) Saturday night at the Sears Centre for the last regular scheduled Slaughter home game for 2010. In a highly competitive Central North Division, the 6-6 Slaughter is currently in third place behind the Bloomington Extreme (7-5) and first place Green Bay Blizzard (8-4). With just two weeks left in the regular season, the Slaughter is looking to build momentum heading into post-season play.  Kick off for Saturday night's match-up is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.

Saturday Night is "Fan Appreciation Night" at the Sears Centre - not just for Slaughter fans, for Hawks fans as well.  Saturday night's program includes a special appearance by the Chicago Blackhawks Ice Crew (Blackhawks dance team) and performance by injured Slaughter DE Chris Pisani, who has become a fan favorite this season dancing a mean jig to Dropkick Murphys, 'I'm shipping up to Boston,' to help rally fans during Hawks' home games at the United Center.  Fans in attendance Saturday night wearing their Chicago hockey jersey will be given a 'buy one get one free' ticket offer; fans who have already purchased tickets in advance will receive a voucher for a Slaughter playoff game or for the 2011 season.
