Derrick Rose game-time decision, Luol Deng likely out

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Derrick Rose (right foot) is a game-time decision and Luol Deng (ribs) is most likely out for the Bulls' game against the Wizards tonight at the United Center.

Other injuries have kept both players out for significant portions of the season but the latest injuries have emerged over the last 24 hours.

Rose was seen limping through the United Center hallway, but was a participant in today's walk through. Coach Tom Thibodeau said Rose felt soreness in the foot after Sunday's 100-94 overtime win in Detroit. He was awaiting consultation from the Bulls' medical staff approximately 75 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.

Deng did not participate in this afternoon's walk through. Should he be unable to go, Ronnie Brewer would start in his place.
