Rose third in All-Star voting

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Derrick Rose remains third at guard in the latest voting returns released Thursday to determine the starters for the NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles.

Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat leads all guards in the Eastern Conference followed by Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics. The top two vote-getters will start and Rose trails Rondo by about 50,000 votes.

"It would be great," Rose said of starting, "but just get me on the team. Let me be the water boy or something like, the towel boy, let me run the clock or something. I'll be good."
