On the Mavericks' first offensive possession Thursday night, the Bulls' Taj Gibson was called for a foul, which caused coach Tom Thibodeau to get up and voice his displeasure.
Referee Monty McCutchen turned around and said: "At least say hello as a head coach first before you start yelling. Congratulations. Now you can start yelling."
