In signing Carlos Boozer and Kyle Korver, the Bulls have looked in the same spot to land both of their big free-agent acquisitions so far.
Both Boozer and Korver played with the Utah Jazz last season. After Boozer came to term with the Bulls last week, he called Korver.
"He reached out to me and we talked about it, for sure," Korver said. "I was texting Ronnie Brewer earlier. We're trying to start the Chicago Jazz here."
Brewer, a free agent shooting guard the Bulls are targeting, was traded from the Jazz to the Memphis Grizzlies last season.

If we can get Brewer, that would be a good thing.
Good luck da bullz!
Brewer to the Bulls!!!!! I can't believe John Jackson had Cedric Simmons ranked ahead of him!
Jazz? I thought they were the Chicago Blue Devils. They are off to a good start with Deng, Boozer and Redick. Maybe they can still get Coach K, bring back Elton Brand and Chris Duhon. Then trade for Corey Maggette.
