MIAMI -- The Bulls haven't released any definitive word yet on the results of the MRI on Derrick Rose's left wrist, but it appears the Bulls point guard won't play tonight against the Miami Heat.
The Bulls are hopeful the sprained left wrist he suffered Thursday night on a fall after being fouled by Orlando's Dwight Howard won't keep Rose sidelined for long.
The game was broadcast on TNT and analyst Charles Barkley had this to say at halftime in connection with Rose's fall:
"I've got to teach these guys how to fall. I tell guys your body is a lot stronger than he bones in your hands and your fingers and your wrist. Any time you're going to fall, get your hands in the air; don't try to catch yourself."
