The NBA announced that Derrick Rose won't participate in the Skills Challenge tonight. He will be replaced by Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Rose, who's still recovering from a bruised right hip, apparently is resting up for Sunday's All-Star Game.
