Bulls thin at the point against Wizards

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Point guard is the deepest position on the Bulls' roster, but that certainly wasn't the case in the preseason finale against the Washington Wizards Friday.

With Derrick Rose (ankle), Kirk Hinrich (elbow) and Jannero Pargo (back) sitting it out, the Bulls were down to little-used Lindsey Hunter and volunteers.

They opened the game by going 2-for-18 from the field before the offense settled down in the second quarter. John Salmons also played a few minutes at the point, but the Bulls' true playmaker was center Brad Miller, who had six assists in the first half.
