Andres Nocioni was accidentally hit in the head by Aaron Gray's elbow during practice Thursday. Nocioni complained of tingling in his arms and hands. He will undergo a precautionary MRI Friday in Miami, where the Bulls play the Heat in a nationally-televised game.
Drew Gooden (sprained ankle) will not play at Miami or at Atlanta Saturday.
