Head coach Vinny Del Negro made two changes to his starters Friday vs. Phoenix. Kirk Hinrich took Thabo Sefolosha's spot at shooting guard and Aaron Gray replaced Tyrus Thomas at forward even though Shaquille O'Neal is inactive for the Suns.
