Drew Gooden participated in the Bulls' shootaround this morning, but whether his sprained right ankle will allow him to play in tonight's game against the Atlanta Hawks is still up in the air.
"He went this morning a little bit, but it's just a shootaround," coach Vinny Del Negro said of Gooden. "It's still a little swollen in that ankle. We'll see how he feels before the game."
Del Negro wouldn't confirm a starting lineup for the Hawks game, but expect Derrick Rose and Ben Gordon to start in the backcourt, Luol Deng and Tyrus Thomas at forward and either Joakim Noah or Aaron Gray at center. If Gooden does play, he'll likely come off the bench.
