IHSA bass fishing: Sectional updates (UPDATE 3)

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

[UpDATED] All Chicago area sectionals have been postponed because of flooding and or forecast nigh winds.

[UPDATED] The new Des Plaines Conservation Area sectional was postponed already yesterday until Monday. Also rescheduled for Monday are the sectionals at Braidwood, Busse, Heidecke, Shabbona and Wolf.

[UPDATED} The Skokie Lagoons sectional has been postponed until Friday, April 26.

The Chain O'Lakes and Fox River are closed to boating from the Algonquin dam to the Wisconsin line. [UPDATED] Both Chain O'Lakes sectionals are postponed indefinitely.

In the first four years, I have been much encouraged that site managers err on the side of caution when it comes to conditions like these.
