Randy Smith talks geese, ducks, wetlands and habitat
on ``Outside'' this afternoon.
Smith, who came from the Illinois Natural History Survey, was named the wetland program manager for the Illinois DNR in January. That's the old state waterfowl biologist spot.
I pulled the photo from his INHS days.
His masters is from Southern Illinois (2007), his B.S. is from Wisconsin-Stevens Point (2002).
His favorite duck surprised me.
"Outside" airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. Rebroadcasts of the show are at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.
