Mike Conlin talks about the passage of SB1566 and the future of the Fisheries Management Fund idea on ``Outside'' this afternoon.


The former head of wildlife for the IDNR and long-time fisheries chief expects there will soon be sponsors for the Fisheries Management Fund.

Conlin is making his record-tying fourth appearance on ``Outside.''

"Outside" airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. Rebroadcasts of the show are at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.
