Steve Pescitelli talks about the Hofmann Dam removal and the overall Des Plaines River on``Outside'' this afternoon, then we move on to broader aspects of the Drought of 2012.
The streams biologist has been around for the entire length of the 16 years it took for the Hofmann Dam to be removed and it was good to hear that he could be uplifted by the quick resurgence of the river.
