| No Comments | No TrackBacks

J.R. Black gives his perspective on the proposed Fish Management Fund and has discusses the Kankakee River Fishing Derby on "Outside" this afternoon on WKCC-FM (91.1).

Black, executive director of the Northern Illinois Anglers Association, is pushing the FMF in conjunction with Mike Conlin.

It was both a great year and a sad year for the Kankakee River Fishing Derby, and Black touches on both.

This is the second visit by Black to Outside. And I am sure he will be back, the conversations have been varied and interesting.

"Outside" airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. Rebroadcasts of the show are at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Laurel Soper, the web tech and digital media person for KCC, has put together the podcast system here.
