Radio waves: Ray Marshalla looking back on ducks & IDNR

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Ray Marshalla discusses the excitement of his career, then we expand to broader issues of the IDNR and waterfowl this afternoon on "Outside" on WKCC-FM (91.1).

It's a wide ranging discussion with the just retired waterfowl biologist for Illinois, somebody with more than three decades of experiences in his field across North America.

I enjoy the stories of working waterfowl in Canada, and touching on everything up to the impact of climate change on migrations.

"Outside" airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. Rebroadcasts of the show are at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Laurel Soper, the web tech and digital media person for KCC, has put together the podcast system here.
