IHSA bass fishing: Fenwick leads record-smashing day

Alex Davis led Fenwick into the lead after Day 1 of the IHSA state championship for bass fishing Friday on Carlyle Lake.


Davis, a sophomore solo fishing, caught his fish after the first rain delay, and weighed 16-1, with 4-2 anchor.
