Biologist Steve Robillard talks about the changes in southern Lake Michigan on "Outside" this afternoon.

I began talking with Robillard (above at a meeting a few years ago), a Lake Michigan program fisheries biologist for Illinois, on an interesting study on wild and stocked chinook salmon in Lake Michigan.
And we went to many places from there, including coho, whitefish, browns, lakers, smallmouth and steelhead.
We also found out how he ended up being a biologist.
"Outside" airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. Rebroadcasts of the show are at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.
