In less than an hour, Braidwood Lake went from flat calm to rolling a pea-soup fog on strong cold north-northwest winds and first IHSA bass fishing scheduled there was postponed until Monday.
Remarkable change as the front passed and temperatures dropped from around 60 toward the 40s.
I moved over to Heidecke Lake sectional, which should go the distance.
I will update sectional notes late today.
