PEORIA, Ill.--There weren't as many bucks as some years Field & Stream Deer & Turkey Expo in Peoria this weekend, but there were a couple world-class ones at the Peoria Civic Center.
Glad I made the trip.
``Ginormica'' was impressive, but the deer that blew me away was the world-record 9-point. Much more imposing deer than I expected.
Lots of stuff to see and consider.
More., some other time.
Off to the MWC at Spring Valley, after a lunch break at Marshall County SFWA.
