Ray Marshalla discusses the record populations of ducks this fall and the dramatic changes in waterfowl migrations in Illinois in recent decades this afternoon on Outside.

Illinois' state waterfowl biologist also puts perspective on what that could mean this fall for waterfowlers, something I am always curious about when I see the duck estimates come out each year.
There was plenty more to discuss, and I suspect Marshalla will return for another show in the coming months.
