Ken Gortowski just picked up
a well-deserved writing honor.
I am a big fan of Gortowski's online writing. As you may have noticed by my starting to do Ramble with Gortowski.
Well, a few months ago, he started posting on ChicagoNow, that hodgepodge of bloggers. And it didn't take long for his skill to be recognized.
He just earned the blog of the month for August for his Music to Fish By. Well deserved.
Normally, I am not a big fan of doing anything that helps the evil empire of the Tribune Co., but Gortowski deserves to be read.

As butchered as that can be at times.
I try hard and fail often, but I keep trying.
I thought I heard that the Tribune presses are now printing the Sun Times.
The line between the two is getting a little blurry.
