Mary Sweeney Harrington sent an amusing explanation with her BOTW: Unplugged this week from Edgebrook.
She said she thought the young buck might be ``sauntering for the 85A CTA bus stop at the corner on Caldwell Avenue. I guess he may be on his way to catch the bus to the L at Jefferson Park.''
That area on Chicago's Northwest Side used to be one of my favorite areas to drive my kids around on nap runs when we lived off Devon Avenue, so I could look for deer.
Frankly, there are too many deer in that area.
``[We] frequently have deer wandering through our yard, munching on our flora, fauna, arborvitae, and hostas,'' Harrington e-mailed.
Such as this BOTW: Unplugged.
