Vermilion River: Opening agreement reached

MyWebTimes.com is reporting an agreement to reopen to the public the key paddling and rafting stretch of the Vermilion River.

I will try to find some details today.

Beginning in 2009, Buzzi Unicem USA prevented the public from using the key stretch that included Wildcat Rapids (above), the top whitewater experience in Illinois.
