I was beginning to worry that something was wrong. I had not received Buck of the Week stories--until a few days ago when they started coming big time, or such that be big tine (sorry, puns and word play are deer to me).
The photo above is not a buck taken by a hunter, but by a vehicle near Mokena.
What a massive 14-pointer.
Carl Harris, who sent the photo, said, ``Hope I see one like this in a couple of weeks.''
That's when the first firearm season opens in Illinois on Friday, Nov. 19.
