Crete deer: Dying of EHD

Epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) is hitting deer around Crete.

The last time EHD hit hard in Illinois in 2007 I received horrific stories from hunters

The thing about EHD is that is very localized, but where it hits it can be devastating.

I'll try to dig up more to see if this looks like signs of a widespread outbreak in Illinois, or just a minor one.
