NORTH WEBSTER, Ind.--It was a good trip out to Indiana's fabled Webster Lake with Cary Gelfond.
I finished up with our third muskie early Sunday morning with a 36.5-incher that nailed a topwater, a wooden Pacemaker.
Muskie on the topwater? About as good as it gets for me.
Gelfond caught the first--37.5 inches--Saturday afternoon, just 30 minutes into the trip.
Gude Chae Dolsen of Webster Lake Guide Service got us going Sunday morning when he caught his--a 38.5 for the biggest of the weekend--on another topwater, a Doc.
More, probably Wednesday.
