This is Cade Portell from Lake in the Hills, Il. He is 9 yrs. old and is hooked on any kind of fishing.

He has patience of a bow hunter on a slow day, but he didn't have to wait too long for this 5 plus lb. bass
to take his golden roach on a tip-up. This fish was 1 of 2 caught this day this size. they're from the Crystal Lake area and they both were released. Remember, kids that hunt and fish don't have time to mug old ladies.
