More on Northerly Island pacu: Red-bellied

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Apparently, it was a red-bellied pacu that Dave Zarnowski caught while perch fishing at Northerly Island on Friday.

That's what Kristie Voss at Animal Island in Midlothian thought. That is the lead item in Wednesday's outdoors column in the Sun-Times.

Part of what I love about the story is that Zarnowski caught it at one of my favorite fishing spots at Northerly Island. And he found the spot on his first trip there, or maybe it was his uncle Bob Zarnowski who found it.
