Kings a'comin'

Anthony Johnson drove to Racine, Wis. to try for kings without success, so the Chicagoan returned and stopped at Montrose horseshoe where he popped two 17-pound-plus kings this morning.

He was caught one on a flutter spoon on 6-pound line and another slow rolling a wide wobbling crankbait. The big one, 37 1/4 inches, weighed 17-15 on the certified scales at Henry's. The other went 17-5. Not a bad catch at all.
