They are the free one-day permits for groups hunts on pheasant and quail habitat areas. i think they are one of the neatest opportunities in Illinois.

Unfortunately, drawing a permit is tough. I think I've drawn three over the past 10 years. So most form groups with promise of sharing hunts if somebody gets lucky..
