Here are several photos from Frank Girardi of the snowy owl on North Long in the Belmont Cragin area. The owl stayed until late afternoon Sunday. He has not seen it since.
Maybe somebody can tell if it is the same owl seen elsewhere in Chicago.

I thought I saw some of these owls on skewers in one of the european delis on Belmont the other day. Mmmmm neads more garlic!
