Could you please explain the relevance of the Kaerchwer-Campbell tax return exhibit to the alleged criminal conspiracy or specific transactional activity?
I am struggling to find the relevancy of this information, and have been unable to tie the information in this exhibit to the testimony reported upon.
There is one obvious factual coflict illustrated in this exhibit, but it is uncertain whether this has any relevance to the alleged criminal conspiracy or not. Either way, you would think that a paid professional tax preparer would have caught something like this, but then again, it may be just an inadvertant typographical error, but perhaps not.
